Refund policy
Because our products are made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or process exchanges for incorrect sizes, buyer’s remorse, or color preferences. Please check our sizing charts carefully before ordering!
If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing error or a misprint, we will gladly replace it or refund your order. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic proof of the issue, and we will make it right.
If a package is lost in transit, or returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will work with you to reship the item or issue a product-price refund (shipping costs are non-refundable).
